Why are your prices higher than others I’ve seen?

Because this isn’t my full-time job and I don’t make pieces just to sell them. I put a lot of time, skill, and care into each one, and honestly, I don’t mind if you buy one or not. If you want something cheaper, there are plenty out there. Or try making one yourself—it’s not as easy as it looks! I won’t be offended either way.

How did you learn to flint knapp?

I learned from an old-timer who told me he was 80% Native American. He passed along knowledge that stuck with me, and I’ve been refining the skill ever since. Flint knapping is a dying art—many people pick it up but few ever get good at it. My work is built on years of practice, mistakes, and respect for the craft.

Every piece comes with a money-back guarantee if you’re not satisfied. I also include a personalized certificate from Stone Age Culture that confirms the piece was handmade by me, along with information about the type and history of the flint I used. My goal is that you feel proud owning a piece that blends authenticity, artistry, and history.

Are your points sold as authentic artifacts?

No. A true authenticator will easily be able to tell mine are modern reproductions. I intentionally leave subtle signatures of modern tool wear that can be detected under magnification. I also never try to artificially age or disguise my pieces to look like genuine ancient finds. I want my work to be appreciated as replicas inspired by history—not mistaken for the real thing or passed off on eBay as authentic.
